Resonance Path Institute is a U.S.-based organization that offers training and facilitation focusing on cultivating leadership that expresses the power of wholeness rather than using the force of domination. They offer one-on-one sessions to both individuals and organizations around the world. They are dedicated to teaching and researching consciousness transformation that is specifically oriented to our current social, cultural, and environmental crises.
Resonance Path Institute helps its clients develop leadership that influences system change through self-transformation, harmonize the masculine and feminine energies and the right and left-brain centered cognitive patterns, cultivate feelingmind, an intelligence that harmonizes the gap between intellect, emotion and intuition, and lean into the dissonance, tensions, and conflicts in relationships and organizations as opportunities to grow and evolve.
Their training also helps individuals harness the creative potential in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) and develop artistry to partner with the unknown and unpredictable factors of a system, while developing organizing structures that embrace both individualistic and collective cultures, and developing new languages and ways of communication regarding evolutionary patterns within individuals and systems.
The founders of Resonance Path Institute, Spring Cheng and Joe Shirley, also wrote a book, titled The Resonance Code Volume 1: MAPS, which presents a knowledge system developed through a leadership training curriculum at Resonance Path Institute. Cheng and Shirley intend for this system to awaken the psyche to resonance, enabling the rational mind to evolve beyond current limitations so individuals can dance with complexity and embrace uncertainty as the fertile ground of creativity.
