About The Wellbeing Project
A non-profit organization focused on catalyzing a culture of inner wellbeing for all changemakers.
The Wellbeing Project is focused on catalyzing a culture of inner wellbeing for all changemakers. We are inspired by love, care and compassion for all the people who work to build a better world, as well as to support the many causes and movements for which we all work.
The Project is structured in four pillars which all play a vital role and contribute to the larger mission of supporting and deepening this shift:
- Model Programs: We offer programs for learning how an inner development journey supports the individual and their work, and for exploring wellbeing at an organizational level.
- Research & Evaluation: We put rigorous research around our programs, building a credible case for their effectiveness and importance.
- Learning, Convening & Enabling: We convene key constituencies in the field of social change to enable them to learn from the research and from each other. They can then make fundamental changes in the way they work to support the wellbeing of their communities of changemakers.
- Storytelling & Connecting: We take all of the stories across the Project- everything that’s emerging- and share them with the broader field through different media.
The Wellbeing Project is co-created with Ashoka, the Esalen Institute, Impact Hub, Porticus, the Skoll Foundation, and the Synergos Institute.
