A curriculum and developmental pathway designed to assist people who are committed to leaving the world a better place than they found it.
Kalapa is a curriculum and developmental pathway founded by Alan Rafael Seid, a Leadership Coach and public speaker. Seid used his experience to create Kalapa’s curriculum which is comprised of 8 modules. Each module consists of a core competency and one or more best practices related to that core competency. Kalapa feeds into two worldwide movements, those being the consciousness revolution and the ecological sustainability revolution, which they hope to expand upon and continue to accelerate. Their goal is to assist people who are committed to leaving the world a better place than they found it; making a difference and having a positive impact to continue their journey.
Kalapa believes that the solutions to Earth’s multitude of problems must happen at all levels simultaneously. They want to help those already committed to making a difference be the most powerful positive change agents they can be in whatever field, arena, or domain. They do this by providing tools, skills, resources, and community to fully empower Positive Change Agents to make more effective, expand, or accelerate their positive impact and continue their personal growth and development.
